With over 17 years of experience in the cosmetic and skincare industry, make-up guru Shirley Pinkson brings her expertise in artistry and business to W3LL PEOPLE™ Cosmetics.
Before partnering to create W3LL PEOPLE™, Shirley served as the corporate leader for NARS Cosmetics and grew NARS into one of the top five cosmetic lines in America. In addition, she held the position of Lead Cosmetics Business Manager at Barney’s NYC. If one thing is for certain, it’s that Shirley knows makeup, understands a woman’s lifestyle and has the special ability to make women feel beautiful!
For Shirley, feeling beautiful also includes taking care of yourself, your skin and your body. After many unsuccessful searches for toxin free cosmetics that are rich in color and that last, Shirley teamed up with partners Dr. Reneé Snyder and James Walker to create W3LL PEOPLE™, the ultimate eco-chic cosmetic collection. It is Shirley’s vast knowledge of cosmetics that ensures each product looks just as gorgeous on the skin as it feels with no compromise.
Shirley is highly sought after for her make-up genius. Her clients include celebrities, such as Naomi Campbell and Isabella Rossellini. Shirley has also been featured in projects for the NBC network, Time Out New York and The Dallas Morning News.
JAMES WALKER

Brand planning and environmentalism are two of James Walker’s true passions, which led to his partnership with W3LL PEOPLE™ Cosmetics. From the initial steps of concept creation, all the way through distribution and overseeing their store in Austin, TX, James Walker ensures that the company remains eco-friendly through and through while evangelizing the W3LL PEOPLE message of natural ingredients and beauty consciousness.
James has worked in brand development for Fortune 500 companies ranging from Sears to AT&T and it is his background in business that led him to co-found TKO Advertising, which is currently a leading branding agency with offices in Albuquerque, NM and Austin, TX.
While James may leave the make-up to the girls, he brings W3LL PEOPLE™ extraordinary vision and innovative ideas about business, branding and beauty while remaining true to the environment.
RENEE SNYDER, M.D.
THE SKIN DOCTOR
As a noted Cosmetic Dermatologist, Reneé Snyder, M.D., is part of the dynamic trio who has taken a fresh and safe approach to cosmetics and has created the ultimate must-haves in toxin-free, eco-beauty. She brings a mindful, medical approach to W3LL PEOPLE™, taking the concept to a whole new level of accountability and efficacy.
W3LL PEOPLE™ believes in offering safe and eco-friendly beauty products that are packed with effective and natural ingredients. Reneé has always been concerned with the safety of products that her clients put onto their skin and has applied the same criteria to the creation of W3LL PEOPLE™.
As Reneé takes much pride in her work, she will continue to commit to the formulation and the selection of product ingredients to maximize the positive health impacts of the W3LL PEOPLE™ line of cosmetics.
Reneé Snyder, M.D. graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Medical Branch. She completed her internship at Christus St. Joseph Hospital in Houston and her dermatology residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
