Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only.
We accept orders with billing addresses different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement, and both addresses are located in the United States. Note, however, that W3LL PEOPLE reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number. You can view the status of your order by visiting www.w3llpeople.com and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password.
Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 72 business hours after the order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 2:00PM may be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00PM on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday.
Orders typically take 2 - 3 business days to process, fulfill and ship. Delivery can take anywhere between 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.
Most orders are delivered between 5 - 8 business days after being placed, depending on the volume of orders being processed. It is not uncommon for some packages to take longer.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The original shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility. We encourage you to ship using a method that will allow you to track your package.
